Do I have to pay for membership?

Free membership is provided for men as well as for women. You can look for your perfect match in our database, register free profile and send messages. Men only pay by credits for viewing other user’s messages.

Ways of purchasing credits:

First of all, you can use your Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), however, other options are available as well.

You have to log in, go to Membership and purchase the desired number of credits, which will appear right away on your account.

Price of one credit depends on the amount of credit purchase:

Over 100 credits: $1 per credit
55-99 credits: $1.09 per credit
20-54 credits: $2 per credit

How will this purchase be reflected in my statement, if I pay via Credit Card?

You’ll see the name of our parent company "1st International Marriage Network", or the abbreviation such as "1st Int'l Marr NTWK".

How much will I have to pay for opening a letter from a woman?

Everything depends on woman’s activity, popularity, English skills (because if she needs a translator – the price will be a little higher) and availability of Internet (if she needs to use agency’s computer, price as well will be little higher)

How can I get a direct contact?

To contact a woman directly you have to be a US citizen and to fill out the IMBRA form (click here to download the form). After that you have 2 variants: either to open 15 messages from the woman or try and inquire her personal details paying a $50 fee (expedite service), sum is not refundable, therefore make sure she will agree to provide it.

Expedite service may not be used if you didn’t open any messages from the woman. Sending contact details via messages is not allowed. Any attempts will be tracked and canceled.

What is Requested Contacts?

In the Requested Contacts page you will see the contact details that were inquired by you. It is updated as soon as your personal details have been processed.

What is a friends list?

Friend list is the list of the people who invited you or were invited by you. If you have person in friend list – you are in the person’s list too. Any "friend" can be deleted from your list. You have to log in, go to "Communicator", click "Friend members", choose the person you want to delete and click "Delete from Friend List".

You “friends” can see your private photos, protected by password from everyone else.

You must know that your friend list can be seen by everyone. You can decide how many friends you have in it and what does it mean for you or for the lady that you like. Someone consider the abundance of friends an indication of popularity, others as light-mindedness.

Is possible for me to look through somebody’s personal photos?

Personal photos are protected by password, which you can obtain from the lady herself after communicating with her.

Can I talk to the lady by phone?

You can arrange phone call with a lady in advance, taking into account time zone difference as well as period of time that we need for informing her about the your call. Phone call will cost

Responses don’t come to my email.

In the majority of cases email providers block messages as spam ones. If it is in the spam box click it’s not spam and read it in the inbox. If it doesn’t seem to be the problem – don’t hesitate to contact us via phone or live chat and we will be happy to help you. We will send you the instructions of what to do.

A couple of messages were sent to a woman but no reply followed.

Primary thing to do is to check you messages by logging in, because messages won’t come directly to your e-mail. As a rule, notification about message/reply, come to your email. If you don’t receive them – check spam box. Important thing is to have picture in your profile, because profiles without pictures remain unanswered. In case more than 3 messages were sent and no reply has been received – contact us and we will help you to find out what is wrong.

System notifies, that the message cannot be sent, as I have unchecked message from this user.

To protect our clients from spam our system doesn’t permit sending messages to the person if you have more than 2 unread messages from him. If you occasionally deleted such messages – please contact administrator.
